Several years ago, Jessica had the privilege of serving as a Customer Service Representative under the guidance and direction of Dr. Gene Pollard, founder of Carefree Cats Veterinary Hospital.  When Dr. Pollard retired, Jessica was blessed with the opportunity to utilize her knowledge and experience as a secondary Science teacher as she explored the world of textbook development.  Though she enjoyed creating educational content for blossoming young minds, Jessica realized that her heart's desire was to serve the dear clients and patients at Carefree Cats with understanding and compassion.  We are delighted to welcome back Jessica to the best kitty hospital team in Colorado Springs.  When Jessica is not caring for the needs of our clients and patients, she enjoys sketching portraits of her family, rereading the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and discovering new Southern Living recipes and interior design ideas.
