Much different from people and dogs, dental disease in cats often starts under the gum line and will have destroyed most of the tooth before we can even see it on exam.

During surgery, we monitor your cats’ vital signs constantly with surgical monitors, have an IV line running with fluid support, and keep them toasty warm with external heat support.
