Although Carefree Cats is available for non-life threatening emergencies during regular business hours, just like with your own medical doctor you’ll often receive quicker and more comprehensive care at the emergency room. We’re very fortunate to have Powers Pet Emergency & Specialty Hospital right around the corner from us on Tutt Blvd.
Open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week, they’re fully staffed with highly trained emergency veterinarians and technicians to take the absolute best care of your babies. After our regular hours, we also have Uintah Pet Emergency available for your emergency care. They’re located just west of I-25 for those of our clients who’re coming from the other side of town.

Located in Southwestern Colorado Springs, this facility is right off the US-25 corridor and easily accessed from all of southern Springs. Open Monday through Friday 4 pm to midnight, Saturday Noon to 10 pm, Sunday 10 am to 10 pm.
