Our cat hotel strives to provide a safe and stress-free environment for all guests. During their stay, your cats will be provided with fresh food, water, and a clean litter box twice daily in our quiet, cat-friendly hotel. Each kitty receives individual attention from our gentle, professional, and cat-loving staff.

MUST KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

• Our medical professionals are only available Monday - Friday. We are not a 24/7 facility. Therefore, if your kitty needs special care that requires medical staff or time-sensitive medication, or if they are not deemed healthy enough for boarding, we will not be able to admit them to the hotel.

• Cats showing evidence of potentially contagious conditions will not be admitted to the hotel.

• Emergency contact information must be provided.

• Male cats must be neutered at least 1 month before their boarding stay.

• Guests must be up to date on Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. Rabies cannot be administered less than 30 days prior to boarding.

• All cats must receive a FVRCP Intranasal every 6 months to board.

• Guests must be free of external parasites (fleas/ticks).

WHAT TO BRING:

We strongly recommend that you bring your cats’ regular food and bedding for their stay to help reduce stress. If your cat requires a prescription diet, you must bring it with you. It is important to note that we do not accept raw diets. If you do not bring your own food, we will provide ours for an additional fee, but please note *unfamiliar food may cause tummy upset and increase stress*.

Drop-off Times: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM (Monday through Friday) by appointment only.

Pick-Up Times: 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM (Monday through Friday) by appointment only
